Peter has been realizing alpha in commercial real estate for over 15 years. His experience includes all facets of property acquisition, financing, asset/portfolio management, and dispositions. Formally, his experience includes public REITs, institutional asset management firms, private equity, and real estate operating companies. In addition to his experience in real estate, Pete co-founded and grew a small tech start-up prior to nearly exiting via sale to Google.
Pete was an honors student at the University of Illinois in Champaign and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Pete is a father to his three children and spends most of his time driving to various kids events and coaching or cheering for them. Personally, Pete enjoys playing golf and trying new restaurants.
